After having forged himself a solid experience at Daniel Boulud’s in New York City and London, then working together with Mathieu Viannay in Lyon and in Japan, Aymeric Buiron returned to his lands to create Cassis Restaurant at the heart of Mâcon. It opened in March the 28th, 2019, and it has been the pride of Mâcon inhabitants since then, thus offering another fine table among the numerous top restaurants that you could already have found in town. The menu is usually short and frequently renewed depending on the changing
market products, the local supplies are always ensured, and you will savour high-quality and refined chef cuisine in a warm and hushed atmosphere with a cozy setting.

Open from Monday to Saturday except on Wednesday evenings and Saturday at noon.
