Discovery week-end of Mâcon and its wines

Right in the city center, Hotel de Bourgogne welcomes you in an old post house of the 19th century.

1st day : Arrival at the hotel

• Dinner in our restaurant "La Perdrix"
• The night in a comfort room

2nd day : Buffet breakfast at the hotel

• Departure from the hotel for visiting and tasting the wine of Maconnais in cellars. Lunch at your charge
• Afternoon : Visiting the Lamartine museum, free visit of Mâcon downtown.
• Dinner in our restaurant "La Perdrix"
• The night in a comfort room

3rd day : buffet breakfast at the hotel

• Departure for Hameau du Vin in Beaujolais

Enjoy a WE in a host's house, in the Maconnais to explore and discover the region's beautiful countryside, cultural history, wine and gastronomy. Every evening, you can enjoy the garden and the gourmet meal we provide.

• Rock of Solutré and Museum
• Guided visit of the Abbey of Cluny
• 2 nights in a double room, breakfast included

Karine and Guy offer lodgings as Chambres d'hôtes , that is Bed and Breakfast, or country lodgings called gîtes ruraux. They also offer farm products and you may take part in a special stay, a séjour à thèmes, to discover a region full of tradition and with a gentle way of life.
